Before registering, please carefully read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") and the "TQmusic Privacy Policy." Please ensure you read them prudently and fully understand the content. These Terms constitute a binding contract between TQmusic (hereinafter referred to as "TQmusic" or "the Site") and the registered user (hereinafter referred to as "You"). Once you accept these Terms, a legal effect is generated between you and TQmusic. Please read the entire Service Agreement carefully before registering. If you have any questions, you may contact the site administrator via the message board or by messaging the admin. Clauses regarding limitations of liability, disclaimers, or other terms involving your significant rights may be highlighted in bold or underlined to draw your attention.
If you do not have full civil capacity due to age, intelligence, or other factors, please read and decide whether to agree to these Terms under the accompaniment of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the "Minors" section. If you are a user outside mainland China, your conclusion and performance of these Terms must also comply with the laws of your country or region of residence.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws principles).
Regardless of whether you have actually read these Terms carefully before registration, as long as you click the "Register" or "Next" button, your action indicates that you agree to and have signed the content of these Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the "TQmusic Privacy Policy."
I. Confirmation and Acceptance of TQmusic Terms
1.1 The Logo, "TQmusic," "特勤听音," and other text/images and their combinations on the TQmusic website are the property of this site. Without written authorization from this website, no one may display, use, or process them in any way (including but not limited to reproduction, dissemination, display, mirroring, uploading, or downloading), nor may you indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or process them.
1.2 The music on TQmusic belongs to the original authors and their respective companies. If any audio data or other content infringes upon your rights, please contact us via email. Ownership of TQmusic's information content includes: text, images, photos, and original music videos (music rights belong to the musicians and media companies).
1.3 We respect intellectual property rights and oppose and combat acts of infringement. Any organization or individual who believes that the content on the TQmusic website (tqmusic.cn and client pages) (such as reposted articles, user-published articles, images, audio/video information, etc.) may infringe upon their legitimate rights can submit a written notice of rights to (tqmusic.cn/books/indexs.php). TQmusic will handle the matter as soon as possible upon receiving a qualified notice from the intellectual property rights holder.
II. Prohibited Information
You may not use this Site to create, copy, or disseminate the following illegal and prohibited information:
(1) Inciting opposition, resistance, or sabotage of the implementation and basic principles of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations;
(2) Inciting subversion of state power or the socialist system, or endangering national security;
(3) Inciting the division of the country, undermining national unity, or leaking state secrets;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or regional discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies, fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors, or disrupting social order;
(6) Promoting feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, vulgarity, or instigating crime;
(7) Insulting others, fabricating facts to slander others, or conducting other malicious attacks that infringe upon the legitimate rights of others;
(8) Using or disseminating the names of national or military leaders, or using abusive and vulgar language;
(9) Damaging national honor and interests, or the reputation of state organs;
(10) Conducting commercial advertising or containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
If you violate relevant laws or the provisions of these Terms while using this service, relevant state organs or institutions may file a lawsuit, impose fines, or take other sanctions against you and request TQmusic's assistance. You shall bear full responsibility for any damages caused to yourself or others, and TQmusic shall not bear any responsibility.
If you violate these Terms, TQmusic has the right to make an independent judgment and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to deleting, blocking relevant content, or disconnecting links through technical means. At the same time, TQmusic reserves the right, depending on the nature of the user's behavior, to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating services to you, restricting, freezing, or terminating your access to and use of accounts or IP ranges, and pursuing legal liability. If your violation of these Terms causes loss to any entity, you shall bear independent responsibility; if TQmusic suffers losses as a result, you shall also compensate accordingly.
III. Account and Password Security
3.1 You may need to register an account to use this service. For specific rules regarding your use of the account, please read and comply with relevant separate agreements. Once you register as a user of this site, you will receive a username, password, and password protection questions. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password. In addition, each user is responsible for all activities and events in their account. You may change your password at any time or close an old account to open a new one. Users agree to immediately notify the TQmusic administrator if they discover any illegal use of their user account or security vulnerabilities.
3.2 TQmusic specifically reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. You should log out safely when finished. You bear sole responsibility for account theft or password loss due to your failure to safeguard them.
3.3 During your use of this service, you may set a nickname, avatar, signature, region, etc., for your account. You must ensure that the content and form of this information comply with laws and regulations (referring to the current valid laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules, and other normative documents of the region/country where the user belongs/resides, as well as any amendments and supplements to such laws and regulations, and relevant policy provisions, hereinafter the same), public order and good customs, and social morality, and will not infringe upon the legitimate rights of any entity.
IV. Modification of Terms of Service
4.1 You understand and agree that the website's audio trial content may be changed, and services may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated.
4.2 In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer of this website, this website may transfer relevant content under this service to a third party; TQmusic may also, after notifying you unilaterally, transfer part or all of the services and corresponding rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party for operation or performance. The specific transferee shall be subject to TQmusic's notification.
4.3 If any of the following circumstances occur, TQmusic has the right to interrupt or terminate services to you without notice:
(1) According to laws and regulations, you should submit authentic information, but the personal information you provided is not authentic, or is inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and you failed to provide reasonable proof;
(2) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of these Terms;
(3) According to laws and regulations, at the request of judicial organs or competent authorities;
(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
4.4 You are responsible for backing up data stored on this website yourself. If your service is terminated, TQmusic has the right to permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. After the service is suspended or terminated, TQmusic has no obligation to provide or return data to you.
4.5 TQmusic reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service when necessary. Once the Terms of Service change, the modified content will be prompted on important pages. If you do not agree with the modified content, you may actively cancel the TQmusic information services obtained; otherwise, it is deemed that you accept the changes to the Terms of Service.
V. User Uploaded Files Must Comply With
(1) Do not upload illegal viruses, worms, Trojans, or other similar damaging program codes in audio/video files;
(2) Do not use uploads to maliciously disseminate obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
(3) Do not use this site to establish mirrors or illegally obtain link addresses for external linking;
(4) Do not interfere with other members' normal trial listening services or disrupt network services;
VI. Minors
6.1 If the user is under 18 years of age, they are a minor and should read these Terms and use this service under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.
6.2 Minor users are inexperienced and easily confused by virtual online images. They are curious, lack the ability to handle unexpected situations, are easily exploited by bad actors, and lack self-protection capabilities. Therefore, minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using this service to improve safety awareness and strengthen self-protection:
(1) Recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid becoming addicted to the internet, affecting daily study and life;
(2) When filling in personal information, strengthen personal protection awareness to avoid harassment by bad actors in personal life;
(3) Learn to use the internet correctly under the guidance of guardians or teachers;
(4) Avoid casual meetings or participation in social activities with strangers online to prevent criminals from taking advantage and endangering personal safety;
6.3 Guardians and schools should guide minors in using this service. In particular, parents should care about their children's growth, pay attention to communication with their children, and guide them on internet safety issues to prevent trouble before it happens.
6.4 Adults over 18 years of age who lack full civil capacity for any reason shall refer to the relevant provisions of these Terms regarding minors.
